In June, 2005, the Teacher Leadership Project was awarded a $500,000 grant to expand TLP training to Texas and Tennessee. The US Partners in Learning Mid-Tier Projects are designed to bring proven and successful education programs to scale so they can be used by K-12 public schools across the country.
